Terray, originally founded as D3 Partners by Walter and Blanche Dhooge in 2016 as a Property Development Management, Project Management and Architectural Practice, the name was changed to reflect what the company means to property developers and investors. Terray was a famed mountain guide, helping adventurous and ambitious mountain climbers to summit the world’s most challenging peaks.

This Pretoria-based practice services clients countrywide. Terray’s skills and experience base has delivered successful projects in the Healthcare, Commercial, Residential and Hospitality sectors. Terray has recently focussed on Healthcare sector development projects over the past 3 years which have included Acute Hospitals, Day Surgical Hospitals, Doctors Suites, Pathology Labs and Mental Health Hospitals.

With a fundamental understanding of property development, our repertoire ranges from land negotiation with local communities to the sale of high value commercial assets.
